Roger Martin

General Manager

Roger joined the Goom's team as General Manager in April 2004. He brought with him a strong background and many years’ experience in senior management - skills which he applied to the day to day running of the business with exceptional results.

After two years with the company, the opportunity arose for Roger to buy the business in partnership with Chris Goom’s son, Tim. Roger is relishing his new role as a Director and owner, taking responsibility for client services, HR, finance and marketing, including the company’s brand redevelopment.

In his spare time, Roger enjoys family life with his wife and two daughters, and outdoor activities including fishing, boating, running and cycling. He also likes a bit of drama in life – he’s been a volunteer usher at the Court Theatre for the past 16 years.
